1. Masa Pemprosesan Pesanan

  • Pesanan Ready Stock: Diproses dalam 1 – 3 hari bekerja selepas pembayaran penuh diterima.
  • Item Pre-Order: Jangkaan ketibaan (ETA) adalah 7 – 28 hari bekerja (tidak termasuk Sabtu, Ahad & Cuti Umum).

📌 Nota: Pembayaran melalui Kad Kredit memerlukan 7 – 14 hari bekerja untuk diproses (tidak termasuk hujung minggu & cuti umum).

📌 Pilihan Insurans: Pelanggan boleh menambah perlindungan insurans tambahan pada kadar 1% daripada jumlah harga pembelian. Sila hubungi kami untuk makluman lanjut.

2. Masa Pemprosesan & Penghantaran (Ready Stock Sahaja)

✅ Pesanan sebelum jam 12:00 tengah hari

  • Akan diproses dan dihantar kepada kurier pada hari bekerja yang sama.

✅ Pesanan selepas jam 12:00 tengah hari

  • Akan diproses dan dihantar kepada kurier pada hari bekerja berikutnya.

⚠️ Kemungkinan Kelewatan: Semasa musim promosi, pemprosesan pesanan mungkin mengambil lebih banyak masa kerana jumlah pesanan yang tinggi. Kami menghargai kesabaran anda.

3. Makluman Penting kepada Pelanggan Pre-Order

Bagi item pre-order, pelanggan tidak perlu risau atau kerap bertanya mengenai status pesanan. Kami akan segera memproses pembungkusan dan penghantaran sebaik sahaja item tiba di stor kami. Sebarang perkembangan status pesanan akan dimaklumkan dengan segera.

📌 Shipping & Delivery Policy (ENG)

1. Order Processing Time

  • Ready Stock Orders: Orders will be processed within 1 – 3 working days upon full payment.
  • Pre-Order Items: Estimated arrival time (ETA) is 7 – 28 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).

📌 Note: Orders made via Credit Card payments require 7 – 14 working days to be processed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

📌 Insurance Option: Customers can opt for additional insurance coverage at a charge of 1% of the total purchase price. Kindly contact us if you wish to add this coverage.

2. Order Placement & Dispatch Time (Ready Stock Only)

✅ Orders placed before 12:00 PM

  • Will be packed and handed over to the courier service on the same working day.

✅ Orders placed after 12:00 PM

  • Will be packed and handed over to the courier service on the next working day.

⚠️ Possible Delays: During promotional periods, order processing may take longer due to a high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience.

3. Important Notice for Pre-Order Customers

For pre-order items, we kindly request customers not to worry or frequently inquire about the order status. Rest assured, as soon as the items arrive at our warehouse, we will promptly proceed with packaging and shipping. You will be updated immediately regarding any changes or status updates.
