  • 28 Days - 3 months (depend on phone models) 
  • Technician will decide for service & repair or 1 on 1 replacement.
  • (Can't turn On / Can't touch Cannot Exchange)

  • Drop damage. (Kerosakan kerana jatuh)
  • Water damage. (Kerosakan kerana air)
  • You forgot ID/Username/password/passcode. (Lupa ID/Kata Laluan)
  • LCD & Battery performance. (Kualiti LCD & Prestasi Bateri)
  • Root or repair somewhere else. (Root atau baiki ditempat lain)
  • Warranty Sticker void. (Pelekat waranti tertanggal)
  • Motherboard issue.

NEW SET (ALL MODEL / BRAND)

  • 1 Year Official Manufacturer.
  • 1st 3 months free warranty assist (afterwards, shipping cost on owner)

ENTITLED:

  • Doesn’t charge properly.
  • Won’t turn on (for battery or button issue)
  • Freezes often.
  • Has microphone, speaker, or button issues.
  • Has trouble getting internet or cell signal.

❌ NOT ENTITLED:

  • You dropped the item and it got damaged.
  • Debris entered the USB-C port and it stopped working.
  • You lost it, it was stolen, or you don’t have it anymore.
  • You forgot ID/Username/password/passcode
  • You repaired the item elsewhere.
  • You water damage the item.
  • You rooted/jailbreak/custom ROM the device.
  • Motherboard issue.

 WARRANTY PERIOD BY PART (NEW)

  • Software & Transceiver 6 - 12 months.¹
  • LCD/touch screen: 3 - 6months.²
  • Charging port, Battery, Camera & Speaker: 3 - 6 months
  • Accessories : 3 months.

*Goods sold are neither returnable nor refundable. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 20% on purchase price will be imposed.

¹ & ² : 12 bulan waranti bagi peranti yang dilancarkan kurang dari 6 bulan. 
6 bulan waranti bagi peranti yang pelancarannya melebihi dari 6 bulan.

*Kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab menguruskan sebarang waranti / servis terhadap pelanggan yang meninggalkan Bad Review kepada kami (contohnya memberi 1 bintang di Google Maps / website) tanpa ada perbincangan dan penyelesaian mahupun persetujuan kedua-dua belah pihak (penjual dengan pembeli) terlebih dahulu.
