At Deetech Gadgets, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales service. Our warranty covers specific issues based on the type and condition of the device. Please read the terms carefully.
1. Warranty Coverage
New Devices (All Models & Brands)
- 1-Year Official Manufacturer Warranty
- First 3 Months: Full coverage by us, including shipping and labor costs.
- After 3 Months: Warranty claims are subject to a service fee ranging from RM250 to RM350+, which includes round-trip shipping fees, taxes, and labor charges.
✅ Eligible for Warranty:
- Device does not charge properly
- Device does not turn on (battery or button-related issue only)
- Frequent freezing or system crashes
- Issues with microphone, speaker, or physical buttons
- Problems with cellular signal or internet connectivity
❌ Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Physical damage due to accidental drops
- Damage caused by debris entering the USB-C port
- Lost, stolen, or missing devices
- Forgotten ID, username, password, or passcode
- Repairs done by unauthorized service providers
- Water or liquid damage
- Devices that have been rooted, jailbroken, or installed with custom ROMs
- Screen defects such as burn-in, green lines, or black dots
- Motherboard-related issues
Renewed Devices (Certified Refurbished New)
Warranty Period: 3 – 6 Months (Depending on Model & Condition)
✅ Eligible for Warranty:
- Device does not charge properly
- Device does not turn on (battery or button-related issue only)
- Frequent freezing or system crashes
- Issues with microphone, speaker, or physical buttons
- Problems with cellular signal or internet connectivity
- Free labor charge for part replacements
❌ Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Physical damage due to accidental drops (Kerosakan kerana jatuh)
- Water or liquid damage (Kerosakan kerana air)
- Forgotten ID, username, password, or passcode (Lupa ID/Kata Laluan)
- Camera, LCD, and battery performance issues (Prestasi Kamera, LCD dan Battery)
- Devices that have been rooted, modified, or repaired by unauthorized service providers (Root atau baiki di tempat lain)
- Screen defects such as burn-in, green lines, or black dots
- Motherboard-related issues
Used Devices (All Models & Brands)
- Warranty Coverage: 28 Days – 3 Months (Depending on Phone Model)
✅ Eligible for Warranty:
- Device does not charge properly
- Device does not turn on (battery or button-related issue only)
- Frequent freezing or system crashes
- Issues with microphone, speaker, or physical buttons
- Problems with cellular signal or internet connectivity
- Free labor charge for part replacements
❌ Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Physical damage due to accidental drops (Kerosakan kerana jatuh)
- Water or liquid damage (Kerosakan kerana air)
- Forgotten ID, username, password, or passcode (Lupa ID/Kata Laluan)
- Camera, LCD, and battery performance issues (Prestasi Kamera, LCD dan Battery)
- Devices that have been rooted, modified, or repaired by unauthorized service providers (Root atau baiki di tempat lain)
- Warranty sticker removed or tampered with (Pelekat waranti tertanggal)
- Screen defects such as burn-in, green lines, or black dots
- Motherboard-related issues
2. Warranty Period by Component (New Devices Only)

¹ & ²: Devices launched within the last 6 months receive a 12-month warranty. Devices launched more than 6 months ago receive a 6-month warranty.
3. Additional Terms & Conditions
- No warranty is provided for free gift items. (Tiada waranti untuk barangan free gift.)
- All sales are final. Goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. If a return is approved, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
For any warranty claims, please ensure your device meets the eligibility criteria. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
